Fortalezas and Strengths was officially established in 2015. However, if you were to ask Strengths Strategist and Co-Founders Adrian Ruiz and Tico Zendejas they would say it has been a lifetime in the making. Everyone should know their natural talents and gifts. Investing in talent is an intentional decision to maximize potential and develop strengths. Fortalezas and Strengths was formed by two Latino Gallup Strengths Certified Coaches whose mission is to spread Strengths to diverse populations and help individuals, organizations, and communities become strength based. Focusing on strengths increases engagement, productivity, and profitability. Whether you are a school district, public agency, or business owner, investing in strengths creates a culture that fosters achievement.
